By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have automatically accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. Order Confirmation & Automatic Agreement
Once an order is placed, these terms and conditions become effective. The customer is considered to have read, understood, and accepted all terms without the need for a signature.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Communication
Appointments will be scheduled within 3 days of the order via text message. If the customer does not respond, is not home, or bins are not accessible, the order will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.
3. Access Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible and placed in an open, visible location. If bins are locked, in garages, backyards, or otherwise inaccessible, service will not be performed and will be considered complete.
4. Bin Suitability for Cleaning
Only residential trash bins that are empty and not contaminated with hazardous or abnormal materials will be cleaned. Bins with paint, construction debris, chemicals, animal waste, or hazardous contents will be refused, and no refund will be provided.
5. Physical or Technical Barriers
If service cannot be performed due to weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or other external factors, it will be rescheduled. These are considered force majeure situations.
6. Damage Liability Waiver
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage (cracks, breaks, wear and tear) to the bins. We are also not liable if such damage worsens during cleaning.
7. Scope of Cleaning
The service includes internal and external cleaning to improve hygiene. Odors will be reduced significantly but may not be fully eliminated. Stains like rust or paint may not be removable.
8. Cancellation & Changes
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or inaccessible bins at time of service are non-refundable.
9. Bin Readiness Requirement
All bins must be completely empty on the day of service. If trash, bags, liquids, or other materials are found inside, the cleaning will not take place and the order will be marked as completed. No refund will be given.
10. Service Documentation & Media Use
Photos or videos may be taken before and after cleaning for quality control and customer service purposes. By ordering, the customer grants permission for these recordings.
11. Service Area & Extra Charges
If an address falls outside the service area listed on our website, the order may be canceled or a $50 destination chargewill apply to cover extra travel time and costs.
